Analytics and advertising measurement notice
On heyvigo.ai, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads may receive browser and session identifiers, ad-click identifiers, sanitized page and referral URLs, device information, approximate location, timestamps, and structured registration or purchase events to measure service usage and advertising effectiveness. We do not send prompt or script text, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment credentials through this browser measurement configuration.
Analytics follows your saved preference and applicable regional defaults. For visitors with a reliably identified region, non-personalized advertising measurement follows an exclusion-list policy: it may be on by default outside the regions requiring a prior choice for this service, provided you have not opted out. The prior-choice regions (ISO region codes) are AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE, IS, LI, NO, GB, AX, GF, GP, MQ, RE, YT, MF, CN, TR, CA, CH, SG, PH, TH, ID, MY, VN, BN, KH, LA, MM, TL, JP, KR, TW, IN, BR, MX, RU, ZA; operational configuration may add further exclusions. This includes Southeast Asian regions whose alternative legal-basis requirements have not been established for this service. Advertising measurement stays off pending your choice in an unidentified or untrusted region. Default availability is not recorded as your affirmative consent. Providing optional measurement data is voluntary: declining does not prevent you from using the service.
Use Cookie Settings in the page footer or account menu to reject optional storage, or choose analytics without advertising measurement. We honor saved refusals and Global Privacy Control; removing a privacy signal does not by itself reverse an advertising-measurement opt-out. Personalized advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, and enhanced conversions using contact information are not enabled by this configuration. These defaults are for this adult professional service, not permission to process children's or sensitive information for advertising.
Google receives the measurement data described above. Read how Google uses data and Google's Privacy Policy. With advertising measurement enabled, Google may store ad-click matching cookies such as _gcl_aw for up to 90 days, subject to browser controls. We remove the Google advertising matching cookies we can technically delete when you opt out. Opting out stops future optional advertising measurement; it does not delete data already received by Google.
This Cookie Policy explains how Axon AI Ltd ("HeyVigo," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on HeyVigo websites and applications. It should be read with the HeyVigo Privacy Policy.
1. Technologies Covered
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local and session storage can also store information on a device. These technologies may process session identifiers and information about your browser, device, Account, Workspace, language, security status, and use of the Services.
2. How We Use These Technologies
HeyVigo uses these technologies to:
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- Protect Accounts and the Services from fraud or abuse;
- Maintain the active Account or Workspace context;
- Remember language, interface, and user-requested preferences;
- Operate features requested by the user; and
- Measure website visits, sessions, page usage, product interaction, and service performance when analytics is enabled under your saved choice or applicable regional defaults.
HeyVigo does not use these technologies to sell Personal Data or for cross-context behavioural advertising.

The duration of device-stored information may also depend on browser settings, sign-out, Account security events, and deletion by the user.
4. Your Choices
Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through HeyVigo while the related feature is being used. Blocking them in the browser may prevent sign-in, security, Workspace selection, consent preference storage, or other core features from working.
Analytics and advertising measurement follow the regional defaults and saved choices explained in the measurement notice below. Cookie Settings provides separate analytics-only and analytics-plus-advertising-measurement choices, as well as an option to reject optional storage.
The Cookie Settings control allows a user to review or change the analytics choice. When analytics consent is withdrawn, HeyVigo stops future analytics-cookie use and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies that HeyVigo can technically delete. A user may also remove stored information through browser controls.
Advertising storage and advertising user data are enabled only while advertising measurement is allowed by the applicable regional rule and your saved choices. Advertising personalization remains disabled.
5. Google Analytics
HeyVigo uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-YCER9DL6FQ when analytics is enabled under your saved choice or applicable regional defaults. Google Analytics may process a client identifier, session identifier, page URL and title, referral information, browser and device information, approximate location, timestamps, and interaction events.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies that include:
- _ga, used to distinguish users; and
- _ga_YCER9DL6FQ, used to maintain session state for the HeyVigo measurement property.
HeyVigo does not use Google Analytics for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Third-Party Technologies
Google may use its own technologies when a user chooses Google sign-in. Stripe may use its own technologies on Stripe-hosted payment pages. Those technologies operate under the applicable Google or Stripe privacy and cookie terms.
HeyVigo does not control cookies placed on a third party's own website.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the technologies used by the Services or legal requirements change. The updated Policy applies from the effective date displayed above. A new consent choice will be requested when required by applicable law.
