This Cookie Policy explains how Axon AI Ltd ("HeyVigo," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on HeyVigo websites and applications. It should be read with the HeyVigo Privacy Policy.
1. Technologies Covered
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local and session storage can also store information on a device. These technologies may process session identifiers and information about your browser, device, Account, Workspace, language, security status, and use of the Services.
2. How We Use These Technologies
HeyVigo uses these technologies to:
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- Protect Accounts and the Services from fraud or abuse;
- Maintain the active Account or Workspace context;
- Remember language, interface, and user-requested preferences;
- Operate features requested by the user; and
- Measure website visits, sessions, page usage, product interaction, and service performance after analytics consent is granted.
HeyVigo does not use these technologies to sell Personal Data or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Categories and Duration

The duration of device-stored information may also depend on browser settings, sign-out, Account security events, and deletion by the user.
4. Your Choices
Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through HeyVigo while the related feature is being used. Blocking them in the browser may prevent sign-in, security, Workspace selection, consent preference storage, or other core features from working.
Analytics storage is denied by default. A user may choose Accept analytics cookies or Use necessary cookies only. Analytics storage is enabled only after the user accepts analytics cookies.
The Cookie Settings control allows a user to review or change the analytics choice. When analytics consent is withdrawn, HeyVigo stops future analytics-cookie use and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies that HeyVigo can technically delete. A user may also remove stored information through browser controls.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled because HeyVigo does not use Google advertising technologies through this consent mechanism.
5. Google Analytics
HeyVigo uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-YCER9DL6FQ after analytics consent is granted. Google Analytics may process a client identifier, session identifier, page URL and title, referral information, browser and device information, approximate location, timestamps, and interaction events.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies that include:
- _ga, used to distinguish users; and
- _ga_YCER9DL6FQ, used to maintain session state for the HeyVigo measurement property.
HeyVigo does not use Google Analytics for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Third-Party Technologies
Google may use its own technologies when a user chooses Google sign-in. Stripe may use its own technologies on Stripe-hosted payment pages. Those technologies operate under the applicable Google or Stripe privacy and cookie terms.
HeyVigo does not control cookies placed on a third party's own website.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the technologies used by the Services or legal requirements change. The updated Policy applies from the effective date displayed above. A new consent choice will be requested when required by applicable law.
